I have read and agree to abide by the CDC guidelines.  I agree not to come into the EVENT if I, or a member of my household is sick. I agree to monitor my temperature prior to entering the EVENT and follow the NASCAR EVENT training and requirements.  

I understand that this training represents only current guidelines which may be altered as the company navigates best practices. NASCAR retains the right to change these guidelines, as it deems advisable. I understand that it is my responsibility to stay informed and regularly check for updates on the Kansas Speedway website and employee training website.
